Tells Us Your Story
I went with a co-worker who was looking for a huge dildo. She had in her mind she wanted something off the chart huge. I had never owned a sex toy or been inside an adult store so I was game for an adventure. I remember the store being cramped and small. It was a little mom & pop boutique and it was run by very polite people, but looking back, I can say they weren’t the best at pinpointing a customer’s needs. I distinctly remember saying I wanted to buy my first vibrator and I am immediately shown a toy they called “The Scorpion” for triple action (clitoral, vaginal, and anal). Anal sex never danced on my mind so I was immediately scared of the toy and the person showing me the toy. I really just wanted to get out of the store at that point but felt obligated to buy a toy. I picked up the nearest vibrator to the cash register. I think I may have paid $10 bucks for the toy. The cashier popped in the battery and made sure it worked and I left the store quicker than I could blink. The toy didn’t have instructions on how to work it. Once I figured out how the damn thing worked, I used it occasionally. It did the trick for clitoral orgasms.
Have You shopped Me & Mrs. Jones: Yes.
What toy(s) did you buy: Pure Aluminium Vibrator
What did you think of your experience: I loved it. It’s a beautifully designed website that is inviting and sexy. I’ve been to other online retail stores and they all felt sterile and as if they were pushing porn. Me & Mrs Jones isn’t like that. I like that it’s broken into categories and sub-categories and even broken down into toys for him, her, and us. It’s a smart look.
